- Halos w/16kg bell, 10 reps in each direction
- Hot Potato w/16kg bell, 10 total reps
- Hand-to-hand passes around the body, 10 right, 10 left
- Low hand-to-hand passes, same reps as above
- Figure 8 passes, 20 total passes
- 20 two-handed swings w/24kg bell
That just didn't feel like enough work, so I threw in 10 minutes of two-handed swings with a 24kg bell, doing 10 on the minute, each minute.
